How do I track my order?

You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s status. Tracking details are also sent to you via email once your order ships.


What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit cards, or cash on delivery.


How secure is my online order?

Your online security is very important to us. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted secure pages. Your payment information is transmitted directly to our payment providers for authorization and approval.
Euphro does not store your credit card information on our servers.


When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.


Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

No. Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.


What should I do if items are missing from my order?

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at contact@euphro.shop. Our support team will assist you as quickly as possible.


Are there any exchange rates or currency conversions?

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your credit card is issued in another currency, the final amount will be calculated based on your card issuer’s daily exchange rate at the time of processing.


How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, even after order confirmation or payment authorization.

1- If an order is canceled after payment authorization, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2- Any cancellation made after an order is placed may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, as payment processors charge non-refundable transaction fees.

3- Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We recommend using your residential address instead of a vacation address, as customs delays may occur.
